Horrible Customer Service

I've shopped Bebe for years without a complaint but recently I did a return and it has been over a month since they received the items and they haven't refunded my money. I kept ongoing emails with different dates and estimated time frames to expect the refund and still nothing. I decided to call their customer service number to express my concern, the representative was extremely rude to the point that she was yelling on the phone to talk over me. She initially asked if it has been 10 - 14 days and I answered it's been over a month. She rudely interrupted and did not allow me to speak another word. She flat out said, "you're not getting your refund until the end of the week," and that's when all the yelling began. And still to this date I have not received my refund. I for certain will not shop bebe again. They really need to reconsider the hiring process.

HORRIBLE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Ordered item, next day item listed for 1/2 off. Asked for price adjustment, not able. Ok, was told to order again and return. Ordered again, at cheaper price(sale) but size was to small. Correct size available, asked for exchange and was told no returns on final sale price. Love the product just wanted to exchange what was clearly available instead of being stuck with two of the same item. Customer service could care less, kept saying no returns, but I wanted and exchange. If I had read the reviews, would have never ordered. Do not order from this site, too much money is spent to have horrible customer service

I cannot Redeem my 90 dollar gift card online

The won't let me redeem my $90 gift card! I tried several times, spoke with several people that said I can use it and when I try to pay won't allow me. Now they said, you cannot use it because change of ownership! That is ridiculous! So I just lost $90 dollars?

Awesome pair of jiggins

I'm a disabled mom "and I often need help putting on my clothes due to my conditions. I ran across these jiggins by b e b e they were incredible soft stretchy and comfortable! And I'm plus size I definitely recommend them

Horrible Quality, High price

ANYTHING that I have purchased from BeBe that is painted, leather, or faux leather, has peeled and fallen apart-- looks like a horrible sunburn that is finally sluffing off. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY.
$200 or more for a pair of shoes/boots/jacket... SMH.

Worst customer service I've ever had

Putting aside that all of their products are cheep and over priced, I called for help with my item and the women on the phone had such an attitude I didn't even bother proceeding with my purchase. No wonder this company has completely moved to online. Do better all around.

Shoes Fall Apart in Seconds

I bought a pair of shoes from Macy's and they have torn apart just by being walked in. I don't do anything crazy in these besides walking down streets for everyday tasks (e.g. Walking to buy groceries). Shoes should not be worn down this easily just by walking in them. I tried to get a refund or replacement and was told I could not be given one since they weren't purchased online. Waste of $40, they otherwise could've been very cute. Spend elsewhere unless you want to replace these every other day.

Terrible shopping experience

I tried buying some tops. None of the promo codes on their website worked, even the one written under the item. I signed up with my email for a discount. They didn't send me anything back. The size chart is not very helpful. It seems very expensive to me for a clothing company that has no store and you can't try anything on and if it's the wrong fit I have to pay to return. Some items look really nice. But their website says if anything on sale you can't return it.

I bought a seven hundred dollar coat, it's beautiful ,long black with fleece lining ,beautiful embroidery, but it doesn't fit me anymore as its about 8 yrs.old, and it's in excellent condition because I've only wore it like 2x! If I sell it online how much should I ask for it since it was so expensive? But it is almost 8 yrs old too.
